The Texas Public Radio App offers a comprehensive streaming experience, allowing users to listen to Texas Public Radio live, pause and rewind the audio, and access the program schedule for all Texas Public Radio streams. With the ability to explore On Demand content, search for stories, bookmark favorites, and even wake up to Texas Public Radio using the app's alarm clock feature, it provides a convenient and user-friendly way to stay connected.

The live streaming feature includes DVR-like controls such as pause, rewind, and fast forward, allowing users to have uninterrupted conversations or catch up on missed comments. The app also enables seamless listening while traveling, with the station automatically playing upon opening the app. Integrated program schedules make it easy to navigate across different stations, and one-click stream switching allows for quick transitions between programs.

The On Demand section provides easy access to public radio programs from multiple content providers, including NPR, PRI, APM, and Texas Public Radio. Users can take advantage of DVR-like controls to pause, rewind, and fast forward their chosen programs.
